As a woman going to a shop can be intimidating. Automotive shops can make you feel like you are going to be ripped off mostly for being not knowledgeable of car repairs and 2. being a woman. Not here!! I highly recommend this shop to anyone who has college kids going to WCU, SWCC or just anyone looking for honest people. I needed a fluid flush, completely unaware of why. Josh explained it to me, checked to see if anything else needed repairs and got the work done. i drive an SUV that has 100k miles. i refuse to take it to dealerships. I drive 30 mins to this shop becauee of their honesty and good work.

I have been using the dealer for all my service on my jeep for years and had grown accustomed to the "you're just another number" mentality there. Switching to Dillsboro Automotive, I was surprised and pleased by the helpfulness and professionalism of the staff. My vehicle entered the service area at the appointment time and was completed much quicker than anticipated. Communication was excellent.
