Great experience and I know they are a very reputable and honest auto repair firm and that is not a characteristic of most repair garages. One of my repairs had been previously worked on by Dillsboro Automotive about a year ago. I had no recall of the former repair but they did the rework at no charge. They are also excellent getting repairs covered by warranty if you have one. Also, a special shout out to Nellie that is the face to the customers, every service company should strive to have a Nellie. Also a shout out for Randy, another fantastic rep for the company. My auto repairs will always be made here as long as the company continues to hire excellent people and maintains its high level of trust and honesty!
