FIRST TIME VISIT: I recently had the tires rotated on my daughter's Ram 1500. Although I wasn't there for a major repair, I do want to acknowledge and commend Nellie for her EXCELLENT front office skills. She impressed me from the moment I called in with her spark, energy, friendliness, and desire to help. As I sat in the waiting room, I could hear her working with other customers, either on the phone or in person. She was consistently friendly and helpful to each and every one. I never sensed any impatience or irritation in her manner. Finding someone like Nellie these days is, sadly, a rarity. I hope Nellie never loses that positive energy and those people skills. Dillsboro Automotive is fortunate to have this young woman in their employ.

I like the process at Dillsboro Auto, they give me a breakdown of issues from critical to not so much. The new secretary was very thorough with her questions and relaying information about the vehicle and the work is always great, no problems so far.
