I approved a repair with Dillsboro Automotive on my A/C for $1700, after getting a $2300 quote from another mechanic. They discovered the problem was not as serious as I had thought and they made the repair for just over $300. Great value and integrity. I won’t go anywhere else.

My car died halfway into a parking space while I was on vacation. I had it towed to Dillsboro Automotive and they thoroughly tested the power components and discovered a dead alternator, battery that wouldn't hold a charge and a cracked oil filter cover. They were able to get all the parts (which can be a challenge for my 2015 Equus!) and got me back up and running. They followed up with me to make sure everything was working properly and just gave great communication and service!

Over the years, Dillsboro Auto has taken good care of our cars. They are reliable, trustworthy, responsive, friendly and they get the work done right the first time. My daughter moved from the area and went to a shop close to her new home when an oil warning light popped up. That shop told her that her bearings had blown and she needed a new engine. Huh? She came back home to have the guys at Dillsboro Auto look at it, and it needed a new oil pressure sensor. That made ALOT more sense. They also pointed out that her tires were showing signs of sidewall dry rot, which was actually the more serious problem with her car. So, they fixed the real problems with her car, and not some crazy, unnecessary repairs that the other shop recommended. Also, recently, I had a radiator leak that Josh recommended I take to the dealer for a warranty repair. At first the dealer tried to claim that the radiator had been damaged, but then eventually had to admit that it was a manufacturer defect. The guys at Dillsboro Auto called it right and saved me a lot of money. These guys are the best! I highly recommend!
