Dillsboro Auto did a wonderful job on my car. I have a 2021 Mazda CX-30 with lifetime transmission, rear deferential, and transfer case fluid, which I believe needs to be changed to extend the life of your car. Mazda made the transfer case change impossible without some modification to the transfer case. The were able to make necessary changes to be able to remove the fill plug and complete fluid change. I have used Dillsboro Auto for my vehicle needs four times since moving here in December. Each time, I was satisfied with the mechanical work performed, even though I did not interact directly with the mechanics who worked on my car. Nelly in my opinion represents the face of Dillsboro Auto, and this is certainly a strength for the business. She is consistently upbeat, professional, and makes sure to keep customers informed throughout the process. From what I’ve observed, other customers seem to share my positive impression. I have overheard Nelly on the phone addressing their concerns with the same care and attention she provides in person. It is evident that Nelly’s role is quite demanding, given how much people care about their cars and expect the same dedication from Dillsboro Auto. I hope her hard work is recognized and well compensated.

I am so very grateful to both Nelly (the beautiful, sweet front-counter manager) and Will (the highly skilled automotive-technician sweetheart) at Dillsboro Automotive!! :0) They treated me with such outstanding care on a day when I truly felt hopeless about my car and was far from home with my baby. It was the last hour of the day before closing time, and all their deadlines were looming, but I had only gotten my car to them by a miracle that day and there was no way it could be driven any farther. Period. Nelly explained my absolutely distressful situation to Will, who was already beyond busy, and he somehow found the time to see what was going on with my car and like magic, I was back in business in less than an hour and was actually able to continue on my way as though nothing had ever went wrong! Will knew exactly what the problem was and how to repair it fast as lightning! Although they could have easily dismissed me or really taken advantage of my situation and treated me the way many other shops would definitely have done, they chose instead to operate with the highest levels of integrity, character, and competence imaginable- They are both the truest of Angels and honestly I did cry.. I am so forever grateful to Nelly and Will (and this EXCELLENT shop) for being so good to me!! God knew exactly where I needed to be - much love and respect for them and Dillsboro Automotive xo

Dillsboro automotive impressed me with their level of thoroughness and their no nonsense approach. Got new tires and balancing at a solid price and feel like I was given a fair deal for quality work. The SUV rides smooth and feels good, and the way they handle the booking of an appointment is the most professional and personable experiences I have had with any business in a long time. I was able to set it up entirely through text messaging and the agent that I was communicating with was an actual person who responded to my requests and queries like a real, knowledgeable human. Instant comfort in knowing that, then on top of that I was given an extremely thorough set of options as to the work I wanted done. The estimated prices were all there for any job I choose to go with, and I was free to choose whichever without feeling pressured to make any decision. I was able to book during a busy day at work by exchanging texts when I had time to. Didn't have to wait on the phone for someone, didn't feel the slightest bit out of the loop or misinformed about the work that would be done or how long it would take. I really can't recommend these folks enough, IMO. In this day and age it is really really hard to find a business that feels like it is working for your benefit instead of working to make your life more confusing and complicated. Dillsboro Automotive is the real deal, top to bottom.
