friendly, worked around my schedule when i had to leave the car there an extra day before picking it up, prices seemed fine, they did a detailed inspection with pictures/videos and notes for me to look at on my phone instead of just saying everything once over a phone call. i was on a budget and they made it fairly easy to understand what things i *needed* to get done on the car and didn't seem judgemental about me declining smaller services. I'll be back for future work she would recommend this shop to friends. the front desk employee was very friendly! they also donate money to an animal shelter which is great and makes me happier to get big repairs there.

This team has been absolutely phenomenal, My 2018 Chevy 2500 Duramax Diesel is running like a champ after being diligently inspected and repaired by Dillsboro automotive!!! The staff was extremely knowledgeable and engaged with me more than most mechanics, allowing the comfort and confidence to leave my second vehicle with them , and surprisingly our 2011 Acura RDX was completed efficiently and staff went the extra mile to inform me and replace bulbs under warranty which was such a blessing!!!! Thanks again for being so helpful and direct!!!!

Dillsboro Automotive got my car into the shop the next day after I called. They only had the car one day, and got it fixed quickly. Viewing and paying the invoice online was super simple, and after hours pickup was very convenient to my schedule.

I had an emergency while on vacation in Cherokee North Carolina where the front splash pan was hanging and had disconnected. The service manager lady was gracious enough to fit me into their fully booked schedule.

Got me in next day for a less than normal maintenance need, and were very friendly during all aspects of the appointment. 10/10 would recommend and will be back in the future

Needed an alignment. Were quick with an appointment, flexible with the weather, got a whole report card on my vehicle with a list of maintenance stuff I need to start getting worked on without a pushy upsale. Reasonably priced, great easy experience.

I had broken down right across the street and they helped me push my car up the hill so I didn’t have to spend money on a tow bill. They communicated me about prices and the options I had for a transmission very well. Very kind and helpful. Extra points for having a shop cat

We needed a diagnosis of a noise sounding like a bearing whine. We called Dillsboro Automotive on Monday afternoon and then took our 2015 Subaru in on Tuesday morning. Their facilities are clean and well organized, with certifications for their mechanics prominently displayed. Everything, from the shop, to the front office, to the spotless restroom proclaimed "Professionalism". My second thought (after, "these guys are Sharp!") was, "This is going to cost me a pretty penny!". Their diagnosis confirmed my suspicion that the transmission was the source of the bearing whine. They also did a comprehensive, 96 point check of our entire car. Total cost was VERY reasonable! Much, much less than the Subaru dealer in Asheville quoted for a diagnosis. If {when) we have Dillsboro Automotive replace our transmission, I will post a follow-up review.

Everything about dealing with Dillsboro Automotive was fantastic. They have a really super efficient way of doing business and I really appreciate there concern for their customers. My vehicle had an alignment and inspection. They were very thorough and precise. They keep you very well informed. In the office they have the coolest counter made of resin with all kinds of tools and circuit boards infused it is a work of art ! I forgot the sweet young lady at the desk name but she is a Gem💎. Thanks for everything! Great price and Great Work. I didn't realize how often a alignment is recommended I'm glad I found the perfect place.
