Great consumers service with multiple updates via text messages throughout the process. In depth expection reports and online ability to approve or decline recommendations for repairs. Brake repairs were notice immediately and were like brand new. Very pleased with our overall experience!

My volvo came in with its share of problems starting out with an alignment that was diagnosed with being caused by tie rods needing to be replaced. I took the car in Wednesday before the snow storm hit. They were not able to complete repairs before Friday and provided me with a loaner van. As luck would have it when the car was ready to be picked up on Monday I couldn't get the van out of my driveway. Nellie arranged for Randy to deliver my car and pick up their van. They went out of their way to help me and were kind and courteous the entire time. I highly recommend this establishment! Kudos to finding people willing to go the extra mile for their customers! They will have my business from now on!

friendly, worked around my schedule when i had to leave the car there an extra day before picking it up, prices seemed fine, they did a detailed inspection with pictures/videos and notes for me to look at on my phone instead of just saying everything once over a phone call. i was on a budget and they made it fairly easy to understand what things i *needed* to get done on the car and didn't seem judgemental about me declining smaller services. I'll be back for future work she would recommend this shop to friends. the front desk employee was very friendly! they also donate money to an animal shelter which is great and makes me happier to get big repairs there.

This team has been absolutely phenomenal, My 2018 Chevy 2500 Duramax Diesel is running like a champ after being diligently inspected and repaired by Dillsboro automotive!!! The staff was extremely knowledgeable and engaged with me more than most mechanics, allowing the comfort and confidence to leave my second vehicle with them , and surprisingly our 2011 Acura RDX was completed efficiently and staff went the extra mile to inform me and replace bulbs under warranty which was such a blessing!!!! Thanks again for being so helpful and direct!!!!

Dillsboro Automotive got my car into the shop the next day after I called. They only had the car one day, and got it fixed quickly. Viewing and paying the invoice online was super simple, and after hours pickup was very convenient to my schedule.

I had an emergency while on vacation in Cherokee North Carolina where the front splash pan was hanging and had disconnected. The service manager lady was gracious enough to fit me into their fully booked schedule.
