Every one was very nice and professional; my appt was only for oil changed and tired rotation but; they also found other issues we need to take care in my car. I am happy they not just limited their service but; also recommended to me other things need to be done. I went here because a friend of mine recommended it. I am super busy all the time and normally I have to make appts and organized my days even my weeks ahead. I made an appointment for oil changed in another location close to exit 74 on the way to Cherokee but; after waiting a little more than 2 hrs they jut forgot me and asked just to leave to do my other Appoitments I had during that day then comeback again after waiting 2 hrs I though was not to nice there were other situations before this happened this day so; I was really looking for a new garage to take care my car needs. I am so happy Ms. Lisa recommended it to me. It was very fast and super professional the oil was change, tires rotated and inspection done and I was back to my day by no time. Nelly at the desk is super nice as well. They also bilingual which is great this days.

Brought in my car to have it checked out for an exhaust issue. They did a very thorough check of everything front to back and laid out every issue with detailed concerns. I knew my car wasn't in the best shape and while I didn't bother getting a lot of it fixed I knew they were being honest and forthright. The customer service was great start to finish and they couldn't have been any more open and honest about the potential costs including labor upfront. If you care about your car and want someone who cares just as much make sure to check this place out.

Wonderful experiences with Nelly, Will, and Socks (pictured 😊). They were very thorough in the diagnoses and offering of multiple informed solutions to a number of concerns I brought in with my lifted truck (regarding a variety of areas to include welding, electrical, brakes, suspension). I was also working under time constraints, as I was only in town for a short visit, and they really impressed me both with their communication toward and care in making sure that everything was completed in time. They have a great digital system of providing diagnoses/quotes, too, so you can see everything written out and take your time in decision-making, as well as have all the information for future reference. Highly recommend!

This is the best place to take your car for an inspection or even to have a vehicle you're thinking of buying looked at. From the first interaction, Nelly was outstanding explaining the process and thoroughly covering all the details. I have done many pre-purchase inspections and even worked at an automotive shop...so I have high standards and care about the details. They were so thorough and did an excellent job. The mechanic took great pictures, gave detailed notes, and didn't skip a thing! Nelly did a great job of explaining and highlighting the essentials. You cannot beat the price either! The shop is clean and professional- which is great if you want to wait. They offer shuttle or rental car services to.
