Dillsboro Auto did a wonderful job on my car. I have a 2021 Mazda CX-30 with lifetime transmission, rear deferential, and transfer case fluid, which I believe needs to be changed to extend the life of your car. Mazda made the transfer case change impossible without some modification to the transfer case. The were able to make necessary changes to be able to remove the fill plug and complete fluid change. Nelly in my opinion represents the face of Dillsboro Auto, and this is certainly a strength for the business. She is consistently upbeat, professional, and makes sure to keep customers informed throughout the process. From what I’ve observed, other customers seem to share my positive impression. I have overheard Nelly on the phone addressing their concerns with the same care and attention she provides in person.
