I called on a Monday afternoon regarding my brakes, had an 8:00 am appointment on Tuesday to replace them. They also rotated my tires at no extra charge. Extremely happy with the entire procedure from the friendly conversations and the quality of the work.

I've had work done twice...well actually once since the other wasn't needed. Another place had told me a needed new tires, but Dillsboro was kind and honest enough to advise me I still had some tread life left. My daughter takes her car here too and they've always been quick, courteous, and fair. Recommend!

I approved a repair with Dillsboro Automotive on my A/C for $1700, after getting a $2300 quote from another mechanic. They discovered the problem was not as serious as I had thought and they made the repair for just over $300. Great value and integrity. I won’t go anywhere else.

My car died halfway into a parking space while I was on vacation. I had it towed to Dillsboro Automotive and they thoroughly tested the power components and discovered a dead alternator, battery that wouldn't hold a charge and a cracked oil filter cover. They were able to get all the parts (which can be a challenge for my 2015 Equus!) and got me back up and running. They followed up with me to make sure everything was working properly and just gave great communication and service!
