The guys at Dillsboro were a huge relief. I had my vapor canister destroyed by piece of debris on the highway 6 hours into a 11hr drive to NC with wife, 3 kids and a dog in tow. Luckily the AAA guy tied it on good enough to get us there but then KIA tells us we might explode if we didn't waste our entire first trip in 2 years having it fixed over the weekend. Instead the guys at Dillsboro put us at ease, fixed it up so we could get home and not be broke and we got to enjoy Cullowhee, the Smoky's and the Saturday snow storm before we drove the 11 hr's back to Florida. You guys saved our trip big time. Thank you for squeezing us in and getting us back on the road !!

I was buying a used Toyota truck and wanted a trusted mechanic to look at it. I made an appointment online and they were ready for me when I arrived. They did a very thorough inspection for a reasonable price. Highly recommend.

My daughters high mileage car had to have the transmission rebuilt. Being two and half hours away my communication was over the phone. They were very professional, kept me up to date on repairs. The lockbox is very convenient when picking up a vehicle on the weekends.

Great service with lots of techie options. Guys are great. My headlight burned out so they fitted me in for a replacement and some other work while my car was there. Never saw the guys which is great during Covid (Repeat customer. I've seen them in past). I was able to drop my car off after hours, pay my bill electronically, and pick my car up on my schedule. They emailed me an invoice and a thorough report (with pictures) of my car and recommended upcoming maintenance. Thanks guys!

They were very nice people done to my front end alignment very well and told me a few other things that I need to get done but it can wait right now and had gospel music play all through the office and it was a fairy not people to have your car worked on
