My son, a new driver, has a 2006 Jetta TDI and the A/C has not worked on it since he bought it. The previous owner said it hadn't worked for them either. It took a couple weeks but he picked up the car yesterday and couldn't be happier. I took my F250 SD to them a few years ago and it was leaking oil into the turbo. A few months later I noticed it was leaking again and took it back to them. They called and told me that the leak was due to their failure to tighten up a fitting. They replaced the o-ring and didn't charge me anything. They could have told me anything and charged me again but they didn't. This is why I continue to take my vehicles to them.
Thank you for your review and helpful feedback, Gary! We were happy to help service both yours and you son's vehicles, and are always proud to be honest and transparent with our customers and the repairs needed for their vehicles. In your case, for such a minimal repair a charge was not necessary. We appreciate your business, and look forward to seeing you back next time service may be needed!
