Great customer service! Multiple ways to stay informed about your vehicle and the status of the repairs. My only setback would be the price on parts. Very expensive! I would use Dillsboro Automotive again!

I recently relocated to Sylva from Charlotte and wondered where I would service my Toyota Tundra. Someone told me about Dillsboro Automotive so I checked them out and was impressed by all of the positive reviews. They made the drop-off and pick-up process very easy and kept me informed about my vehicle and recommended service options. I no longer worry about where to service my Toyota. These folks are honest, efficient, friendly, fair and very, very good at what they do. I have used them for our three cars almost since the day they opened and have never been unhappy or disappointed. It's also one of the cleanest auto shops I've seen with a superfine old gas pump in the waiting room.
