Great service with lots of techie options. Guys are great. My headlight burned out so they fitted me in for a replacement and some other work while my car was there. Never saw the guys which is great during Covid (Repeat customer. I've seen them in past). I was able to drop my car off after hours, pay my bill electronically, and pick my car up on my schedule. They emailed me an invoice and a thorough report (with pictures) of my car and recommended upcoming maintenance. Thanks guys!

They were very nice people done to my front end alignment very well and told me a few other things that I need to get done but it can wait right now and had gospel music play all through the office and it was a fairy not people to have your car worked on

The service team at Dillsboro Automotive was very professional and courteous. They were responsive to text and communicated with me about my vehicle. I was treated with respect (even though I’m an older woman). They never talked down to me which is truly refreshing. I will definitely use them again!

From oil changes to major repair work; you get great service, a concise review of your problem and estimates that are spot on... Attentive service with accurate time estimates... if they say your car will be ready by a specific tine - it is. If they have have any issues during repair they speak with you and give you options. I go their for oil changes to major work!👍🏻
