We were having driveshaft issues in our 200,000 + mile car. After getting it towed there, the staff quickly diagnosed and started finding the parts needed to get our suv back on the road. This is an honest shop and we have been taking our vehicles there for years. I highly recommend them.

I’ve been going to Dillsboro Automotive for a couple of years and the service is always great. They’re friendly, efficient, and the prices are reasonable.

We called with a last-minute headlight issue the day after July Fourth, and even though they were slammed and didn’t know us, they squeezed us in and had it fixed in no time. Nice people, well-run honest operation.

When we first moved here we used a shop that we were fine with, but then Covid hit and every pl e was under staffed and overwhelmed with work. Then my boss suggested I try Dillsboro Automotive. Our family has used Dillsboro Automotive a few different times now, and I don’t plan on taking our vehicles anywhere else! Dillsboro Automotive has worked on our vehicles at a fair price and a timely manner. They have Always been friendly and courteous. Every time we’ve picked up our cars we have been pleased and best yet Never surprised at extra charges! Josh and all the mechanics have been very friendly and professional!

Came from out of town to take my child to Western was needed a quick last minute oil change and they hook me up

I had a phenomenal experience with them fixing my oil pressure sensor that was leaking... more like gushing oil. 10/10 planning on going back to get my tires rotated and brakes/rotors replaced.

I am more than impressed with the service I received. The price was fair and they found a serious problem that had been overlooked by another mechanic. They got my truck in and out quickly but fixed it correctly and I feel gave it thorough attention. I will not go anywhere else from now on and I will tell everyone I know about Dillsboro Automotive. Also I have to say that when I picked my truck up they were dealing with an unfortunate situation and handled it so much more professionally than I think just about anyone else with a business would have for the situation. I am just entirely pleased that I have someone that I can entrust my vehicle with.

EXTREMELY helpfully & knowledgeable. Took the time they needed to do a fully successful and professional job. When finished, they were even courteous enough to come to my house with my car when I couldn’t get a ride to come pick it up. Highly recommended!
