First off I will say I believe they know what their doing. Friendly and egar to accommodate but I couldn't give a five star due to the following: I was having transmission and cooling system service done. Since I was 700 and a month away when the oil change and tire rotation came due I did it then so it was not needed at this time. For some reason they decided to change the oil and rotate the tires with no mention to me about it. Not sure if this was an honest mistake or an upsell. So be forewarned. they had down a 4 wheel alignment a few months ago and since the back did not need it they only charged for a 2 wheel job so that was good I guess.

Thank you Jeanie for taking the time to leave us some feedback that we can use to improve our process of operation. I greatly apologize for the miscommunication about your oil change. I can assure you that it was an honest mistake and we thought you wanted an oil change as well as the other services too. Luckily we spoke with you prior to rotating the tires, so we did not rotate the tires and did not charge you for that. We always price 4 wheel alignments on vehicles with adjustable rear suspension, as we do not know if the rear and the front needs aligned until vehicle is on machine. Once we see the rear is ok we can then drop it to a 2 wheel alignment. I hope this helps and I hope that we can do a better job to meet your expectations the next time. I work part time and took my Subaru in for its 1500 mile service and state inspection at 8:00. I was a little concerned because I was told the service would be completed at 11:00 at the earliest and I usually start work at 9:00. I was really surprised when I was told at 9:30 that everything was completed and I was ready to go.

hi i'm a table games dealer from the casino. I've been going to Dillsboro auto for the last 3 years. They're very honest and good at what they do. I remember buying a battery from them last year. 6 months later my battery went dead or so i thought. i took it back to dillsboro auto and they quickly found a seep in my trunk light that was draining the battery. They fixed it and didn't even charge me for it. Great people and great service! i highly recommend!
