Very detailed courtesy inspection of entire truck- thorough documentation with pictures. Staff were nice & friendly. Mechanic notes appeared to be knowledgeable & professional. However, Josh was the rock star: he spent time explaining all issues & was knowledgeable & thorough. Very busy shop- unable to add on services that have not already been scheduled for the day.

I have had the best experience with Dillsboro Automotive. Most importantly, they have reengaged in the lost art of CUSTOMER SERVICE. I bought a used truck and it had a few glitches. Oh...the feared engine light. They diagnosed a cam sensor and a couple belts. Result: great, and no lag. They work well with CARMAX. Artful. Chris
