Had water getting into my truck's interior over a period of a couple weeks and I couldn't pinpoint the source. I located your business off the internet while staying in Bryson City and stopped in. Jason, the manager initially told me they were swamped and wouldn't be able to look at my truck for a couple of days but then suggested that if I had a sun roof that this could be the problem and asked me to come back at 4pm that afternoon. I returned that afternoon and they were able to unclog the drains and fix the problem quickly. During his inspection they also found the brakes needed maintenance and made necessary adjustments within an hour at a reasonable cost. Highly recommend Dillsboro automotive!

Love coming here to get my car(s) worked on, these people do an excellent job in a timely manner. Their lockbox system for dropoff/pickup is awesome too, really helps if you can’t or don’t want to take time off work!
