I'm new to the area and have been looking for a "forever mechanic" I can feel comfortable with. I've just found them. I was very happy with my service visit from start to finish. It was so easy to communicate via text in advance of the appointment. Jason was informative, responsive, and kind. Once I decided to have the service they were able to look at my vehicle sooner than I expected, repaired it faster than I expected, and got it back to me before I really had time to miss it. I could tell I was dealing with someone intelligent. I was treated respectfully, without condescension, and the problem was explained clearly. I was comfortable enough with the repair after discussing it in detail. There was absolutely no room for lingering doubt once I was shown photos and video confirming everything I was told. Despite the fact that he was very busy, Jason discussed numerous aspects of my "new to me" used vehicle. At my request he outlined his recommendations for a maintenance priority list, and answered every question I had. He was willing to spend as much time with me as I needed, yet didn't keep me waiting long at all. (...which I wouldn't have minded terribly. The waiting area is clean, warm, and welcoming. For added comfort warm and cold beverages are provided, as are guest wi fi and universal chargers.) So yeah.....I recommend them. : )
