I took my daughter’s Chevy Equinox in because the heat has been out on it for quite some time. The mechanic changed the thermostat,flushed and replaced the coolant,and installed a new filter. Had her car back the next day with heat again so she won’t have to bundle up to go out for a drive.

Brought car in to get estimate & made appointment for repairs. They replaced timing chain along with other repairs. Had the car repaired by the next day. Pretty amazing for the work that was done. They also sent a driver to pick me up when the car was ready. After this experience, I will not take my vehicle anywhere else. Excellent service all the way around. Nelly works the front desk & she has excellent communication skills plus a great personality.

Nelly works the front desk & she has excellent communication skills plus a great personality. I had another appointment on 3/3/25 to get my service caught up on my car. I had to have fluids changed,cabin air filters and other items brought up to date. It was supposed to be there on Monday & be done on Tuesday. I received a call Monday afternoon saying my car was done early. What a pleasant surprise! Customer service is great at Dillsboro Automotive. Nellie is great at the front desk. I received a ride home & back to get my car which works great for me. OUTSTANDING WORK & CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Nelly is the sweetest front desk Rep I've ever encountered. Her customer service is a 10/10! I know it was just the guys running the front before she got there and they were great too but she brings a certain warmth to the place! She's so knowledgeable also! The whole crew is so understanding and HONEST about the things they need to do to your car which can be hard to find these days
