Staff was friendly and helpful. Was able to schedule an alignment next day. They have a secure facility with after hours pick-up available which is really convenient. Nice to see Sylva getting businesses with modern amenities/conveniences. $100 cheaper than places in Asheville wanted to charge.

We had a rental car that the tire needed air. They filled up the tire and checked for leaks for no charge. Great customer service!! Very friendly too!!

Provided great service, but was very pricey. maybe a bit too overpriced. I needed to change out a gasket because they found out I had an oil leak during the process of repairing my car. I am glad I didn’t pay to replace the gasket because I went to another auto shop and got quoted for $425 to replace it. they wanted to charge me $800. I am receiving the same service for half the price. but great service and they did a good job on what they fixed with my car!
