Nelly is the sweetest front desk Rep I've ever encountered. Her customer service is a 10/10! I know it was just the guys running the front before she got there and they were great too but she brings a certain warmth to the place! She's so knowledgeable also! FIRST TIME VISIT: I recently had the tires rotated on my daughter's Ram 1500. Although I wasn't there for a major repair, I do want to acknowledge and commend Nellie for her EXCELLENT front office skills. She impressed me from the moment I called in with her spark, energy, friendliness, and desire to help. As I sat in the waiting room, I could hear her working with other customers, either on the phone or in person. She was consistently friendly and helpful to each and every one. I never sensed any impatience or irritation in her manner. Finding someone like Nellie these days is, sadly, a rarity. I hope Nellie never loses that positive energy and those people skills. Dillsboro Automotive is fortunate to have this young woman in their employ.
