Sylva Auto Repair

We were visiting Sylva from Cashiers last summer when my minivan wouldn’t go faster than 30 mph through the mountain roads. Despite being super busy Dillboro Automotive worked us in immediately so we didn’t have to drive around in an unsafe car. We are so appreciative that they were able to help us quickly. We were also pleasantly surprised at the excellent customer service. Not once were we treated as an annoyance. Thank you Jason!!

It's hard to find an automotive repair shop that you can trust with your car and your wallet. Dillsboro Automotive is that place. Jason and his team have always provided me with superior service, fair prices and a place I can trust. Sometimes I'll wait for my car in the waiting room and enjoy free wifi, bottle water/coffee and snacks. Other times they provide me with a loaner vehicle to allow me to do errands or go to work. It's that personal touch and efforts that you don't see at other automotive shops, and is why they will always have my patronage.

The problem wasn't easy to diagnose but they found it and fixed it in time for our trip. The car runs great.

Dillsboro Automotive is a breath of fresh air. It shouldn't be so hard to find a modern auto repair place, but you're in luck. Your search is over! They let you schedule an appointment online, communicate clearly via phone, email, and text. They even let you drop off your car before they open and leave your key in a secure key box. On top of all of this, the service was wonderful. They were thorough, responsive, honest, polite, and reasonable with their pricing. I'll definitely be returning!
