Just moved here from out of state and took a chance on Dillsboro Automotive from online reviews. Very happy with the excellent customer service I received from Jason, kept me informed and the shop completed the work in a very timely manner. I really like the way these folks share detailed information regarding what work was completed vs just giving you a final bill and a few words of “we found the issue and we fixed it” I’m not sure what their prices are like in comparison to other shops in this area but they seem reasonable from what I’ve paid elsewhere before moving here. However, the excellent service I received is very much worth any extra cost these folks might charge. I will continue to use Dillsboro Auto and hope that this service continues to be their standard practice. Great service and honestly the first “company” I’ve used that truly lives up to their 5 Star reviews. Thanks guys!!!!

These people are Awesome. My daughter is at WCU and had a small wreck. They were fantastic in getting her car checked out and running. Amber went above and beyond to make sure we had the best possible price even when I was 4 hours away. I couldn’t be more pleased.

I had an accident on my way to my NC house. The guys at Dillsboro Automotive inspected my car and did an alignment. They did not push me to do additional work. The job was done very quickly and I felt good about the entire experience....except the accident which was my fault.
