Truly exceptional TEN star service. They have earned our highest confidence! From the quick response to the late Saturday night text with a plea for help to the stellar service. I have never been treated with such respect and courteousness! The loaner car while we were camping in the area kept our vacation on track. Jason Wright quickly had mechanic, Ryan Matson diagnosing our problem. They presented us with a high tech print out diagnostic including pictures of the before work and suggestions for future repairs. We were so impressed we are considering driving the two hours to return for the repairs. Bravo Mr. Sutton for such stellar employees. Jason made all the difference!!

We had a FABULOUS experience at Dillsboro Automotive, starting with the great communication to set up our appointment, to how quickly they worked us into the schedule, to the incredibly thorough job they did inspecting our car, and to the quality of the repairs. Truly the best car experience we've ever had. Darrin went above and beyond to make sure we had a great experience, even giving us his cell number to call him any time in case we needed additional assistance. As it so happens, we did and when we called him after hours, he immediately called us back and got us in first thing the next day to help us out once again. Just really good people. You won't be disappointed!

I’ve used Dillsboro Automotive five times over the past five years, primarily for repairs (maintenance I go elsewhere), and would use them regularly for all services, if I lived closer to them. Bottom line, I trust them to be honest, they don’t try to upsell you, and their customer service is excellent.

Dillsboro Automotive was quick, knowledgeable, and super responsive! They made it easy to work around my schedule to get my car in for repairs. They were available via phone and text for coordination - and had a drop off lock box so I could leave my car outside of shop hours. They also provided a free inspection of my car - showing a list of issues that might need future or immediate attention. Each detail they provided had pictures of the issue for review. Fantastic service and great people!

This crew is great. They do a full assessment with an oil change and let you know any immediate repairs and other eventual issues with your vehicle. I appreciate the attention to detail and they communicate well. Would highly recommend!
