Wonderful service! We were visiting the area and started feeling a vibration while driving. After reading reviews of Dillsboro Automotive, we called and spoke with Darren (owner). He was booked up with work for the day, but was kind enough to let us bring the car in and check to ensure that it was safe to drive. Darren test drove the car, put it up on a lift, gave us an OK to drive it, and didn't charge us anything. We did need an alignment and to have the tires rotated and balanced, all of which we would prefer to have done before our drive back to Virginia. Darren adjusted his appointments, so that we could come back in and get the needed service work done. Thank you Darren and team for taking such good care of us!

I needed a tire plugged, and they were able to get me in on the same day I called. Jason is a easy to work with, and the tire is holding up great. I would highly recommend this shop to anyone.

I moved to Whittier, NC in January (2017) for a job at the casino. My car needed work, but didn't know where I could take it. At work, I asked two people who I could trust my car with. At the same time they both replied Dillsboro Automotive. Based on their recommendation I went to Dillsboro Automotive and couldn't be happier. I have dealt mostly with the manager (Carter) and he is very professional and polite. He takes the time to listen to my concerns and always has a detailed answer. The prices are fair and the workmanship is second to none. I have recently bought a newer car and continue to get my service at Dillsboro Automotive. It can sometimes be challenging to find a trustworthy mechanic. I will always recommend and continue to go to Dillsboro Automotive...a place you can trust and rely on!

DB Auto was awesome! My 87' Chevy's heater core was spraying fluid all over my floorboards with the freezing weather outside and the shop got my truck in and repaired in one day without any notice whatsoever, other shops turned me away or had a multiple-day repair time estimate. Price was awesome, even when the mechanic encountered some issues, they stuck to the quoted price. Would highly recommend, Jason and the guys in the shop were professional and communicated the timeline for repairs throughout the whole process.
