Thanks to Jason and Darren for the great experience. Shortly after replacing my rear rotors and brake pads my passenger side rear caliper seized up while driving down the road. Needless to say it destroyed my brand new rotor and pad on that side. I was able to call my insurance company for a tow to their shop where they basically told me it was just bad luck and timing and had nothing to do with their previous work. However, they offered to replace my damaged rotor and pads at no charge for the parts. I did have to purchase a new caliper and pay for labor to replace everything. I was unable to come up with the $ to get my car fixed until my paycheck came anout a week later because i just spent all my extra money on my brakes the first time. These guys were kind enough to do the work and loan me one of their vehicles so I could still get to work. This saved me from having to rent a car when I already was in debt. Then when I picked up my car they gave me a gift certificate to a local restaurant. I really appreciate you guys going above and beyond to help me out this holiday season. Thank you!

I'm from Florida and was on vacation when I noticed engine coolant coming from my diesel truck. Took it to a few different places with no luck on even helping me find the problem. I took my truck to dillsboro automotive as it was a Friday and they were about to close. The owner and Jason came right out and identified the issue and fixed it first thing Monday. This was not an easy repair as diesels are very particular and expensive. Very happy with the service and time management. From out of town, searched online for a place to take my van for brake service. I saw a lot of good reviews online so I decided to bring my car to Dillsboro Auto. I was expecting to have a $500-600 bill for a full brake service, but instead the cost was only $109. I could have been told that there brake pad and rotors were bad and needed to be replaced, but instead Dillsboro Auto was honest and simply machined the rotors, which equaled a lower bill. Very pleased with the honesty and friendly service.
