Dilsboro Automotive was all around awesome. They were quick, friendly, and effecient which was great, especially since I was on a time crunch. Overall, I would definitely recommend to anyone.

I was in North Carolina for my son who attends WCU and noticed his car needed brakes asap before driving back to Atlanta. Called Dillisboro Automotive and they got me in within an hour and did an amazing job!! Jason also was a big help. Thanks guys☺

This repair shop provided great service when we blew a headgasket. Prices seem to be in line with what is customary for this sort of repair. Dillsboro Automotive even provides a warranty on the work they did. Not something you see at smaller repair shops. They stuck pretty close to the estimated time frame and cost. They communicated well concerning problems they found and any changes that were necessary.

Great communicators! They take the time to explain what's going on with your vehicle and do that in a way that is easy to understand. I've been looking for a shop I trust locally to take my family vehicles, and I've definitely found it!

I'm here visiting from TX and on Friday at 3:30pm I found a piece of metal stuck in my tire after noticing the tire was rather low on air. Found this place by googling highly rated tire/automotive shops and they did not disappoint! Very friendly guys and very accommodating. We were in and out pretty quickly. This is the best mechanic ever. They have always fixed me up quickly and courteously, never taken advantage of me and always charged me a more than fair price. And they just saved my car again! And they give me a ride or give me a loaner car whenever I need one. For free! They are amazing and I would highly recommend them to anyone!

I had an alignment today, they serviced my vehicle so quick! I was only there for 25-30 minutes, but the quality of work was there. My car was pulling all sorts of ways and was wearing out my tires fast due to recent ball joint replacement from another shop. The front desk representative from Dillsboro Automotive told me that they will take care of me. Car is back to normal, and had a perfect alignment job. They even printed out the result sheet showing pre and post alignment service to show you how well they corrected the alignment. Most shops won't do this for you, they usually just align it to spec but not to the most precise alignment. Thank you Dillsboro Automotive! Will definitely come back for other auto services. John L.

I visited Dillsboro Automotive after a recommendation from a friend. They are very customer friendly. I received a detailed report on the car with photos. They're clearly up on technology. They are up to date with communication using both text and email options. The price of the work also seemed fair.
