I first started using Dillsboro Auto five years ago. In these past years I’ve always been impressed with their honest and reliable service. This last visit I was somewhat apprehensive due the previous visit about six months earlier. The previous visit I was presented with a long list of work my vehicle “required” and felt that the Service representative was pushing for it to be scheduled to be completed. This was something I had never experienced before with Dillsboro Auto as I have always trusted their judgement and they would always explain and let me know if there was a concern, especially safety concerns. I’m pleased to say that this last visit was excellent and my experience and confidence was renewed. I will now continue to highly recommend their service. The communication was great, they fixed my vehicle in a timely manner and it felt like it was the Dillsboro Auto that I originally trusted and appreciated.

Always get the best service possible. The reason is not five stars is they're so small with such a demand it can take a long time to get something done. All of this time oil change and alignment check were done quite quickly.
