I am new to the area and needed an immediate appointment for brakes. It was suggested I go here and I am SO glad we did!! They got me in same day and the professionalism and absolute kindness was amazing! They ended up needing to keep my car for the day. They took my husband home since they needed to keep the car!!! I was absolutely floored they would go out of their way to do something like this. I will never go to another place after this experience. You guys are wonderful and truly deserve everyone’s business.

Although the prices have significantly increased (but what hasnt?) these men were awesome. They fit me in their busy Monday even though it was last minute. They were very knowledgeable and thorough. I left my vehicle with them and they even shuttled me back to my house and came and picked me up when my car was finished! I will definitely be a returning customer and highly recommend Dillsboro Automotive!

The guys at Dillsboro Automotive were extremely kind and helpful! I neglected to get my brakes changed and ended up needing to get new rotors and brakes. I initially spoke with Josh on the phone, who was thankfully able to fit me in for brakes and rotors the same day! Josh even did the service himself! Overall, I had a fantastic experience at Dillsboro Automotive and would absolutely return for any car servicing!

This review covers several visits, with some items still to be seen to on my elderly car, by my choice.Their service is always exceptional, and the staff are always friendly and helpful. I've always been able to coordinate a time that works for me, and most of the services I've needed have been completed while I waited. They always offer suggestions for services, rated by urgency, with pricing given up front, and will also provide a courtesy inspection if you bring your car in for another service. I plan to count on them to keep my fourteen-year-old Ford on the road for at least another few years!
