Jason and Joshua went above and beyond diagnosing DTC Error codes and engine overheating. Turned out after clearing the error codes, they did not reappear. They also replaced my damaged radiator and performed a coolant flush. They will definitely be my "go-to" automotive people. Thank you all very much for doing such an outstanding job.

Jason was very responsive via text, which was very convenient instead of having to call. The drop off procedure the night before my scheduled work was very clear and I had total confidence my vehicle was secure overnight. The work was performed on time the next day, and the pick-up/payment process was efficient. Jason was very friendly and we chatted a few minutes. I will definitely return to Dillsboro Automotive for service!

I called earlier in the day one day to explain that I needed an oil change ASAP. A man named Josh told me they were booked throughout the week, so he told me to go to Snappy Lube. Snappy Lube didn’t change my oil do to me driving a Mini Cooper and gave some trash excuse. I called Josh back and he told me I could drop the car off Wednesday night and they would try to work me in that Thursday. He went out of his way to work me in and gave me a quality oil change the day he promised, even though they were booked. I highly recommend such a quality and professional group and would go back in the future if I have any issues. As a student-athlete at WCU my schedule tends to be tight, and most mechanics won’t work around my schedule. Josh helped me out and I am very thankful.
