I've been taking my 2009 Honda Civic over here ever since I came into the area as a student at WCU. Teresa (the car) is getting pretty old and worn out, and she needed just about every type of maintenance that exists short of transmission replacement when I got here. This is possibly the best auto shop I've ever been to and ever will again. They identified ALL of the problems my car has, including things I both did and didn't already know about, and compiled a report for me of services that I needed and their urgency. I've had most of the work done that they've suggested so far and have noticed an improvement in the way my car drives, and this shop is always kind and professional with me and even helped me budget a more expensive procedure. Unfortunately my AC has thwarted even the expert services of these people and still does not work after being serviced; though that is a beast of its own and I'm starting to become convinced that no force on this earth is capable of fixing my car's AC. I have also had two other auto locations attempt to fix it in the past over the course of 6 years that I've owned the car, and none have conquered it yet. Maybe I will put these guys to the ultimate test and see if they can tame even that with some more investigation. To be seen...

I was SO fortunate that the wonderful guys at Dillsboro Automotive were open and able to immediately address the strange noise/creaking coming from the front axle of my car. I was 3 hours into an over-mountain drive home from Winston-Salem, NC to Atlanta on November 14th and knew there was a problem. By a miracle I found myself within 1 1/2 miles from Dillsboro automotive! Josh drove my car and immediately put it up on a lift to investigate thoroughly. What he found was stunning and could have easily killed me. He was able to unscrew by hand the lug nuts on my front right wheel! The one locking lug nut I have on each wheel probably saved my wheel from being stolen but Josh saved my life by quickly diagnosing the life threatening situation. He checked my other wheels and though not as lose as the front right, none had been tightened with a torque wrench! I remember the chill I felt when Josh said "It's a miracle that you were not killed." AMEN TO THAT!

Randy and Josh were awesome. Had a problem arise towards the end of the workday and the guys were able to squeeze me in and get me back on the road within a few hours. Great guys and great operation.

Randy and his team are approachable and work with your budget. It feels great to have located this business to maintain our multiple family vehicles. A friendly place that listens and are experts in car care.

Ran into unforseen problems, but it was handled admirable. Will continue to use as my place for auto repair.

This is my second time doing business with Dillsboro Automotive. They have been very professional and timely each instance. Will definitely be going back, just hopefully not soon
