I had my transmission overheat warning sensor go off while towing my trailer one morning (F250 Diesel). Dillsboro Automotive told me to bring it by which I did. They diagnosed the problem and had me on the road by noon the next day. They would have had me on the road the same day if the part was available. They do professional work and are sensitive to a customer’s needs. 5 stars!

Dillsboro Automotive provided professional quality service when I found myself broken down while traveling out of town. I got my car towed to Dillsboro Automotive knowing that the repair would involve ordering at least one part and possibly more. I was surprised to see Jason and his staff still at their shop after business hours and very much willing to completely assess the damage, the appropriate repair and provide an exact "at the most" cost of the repair. These guys should've been home eating dinner but apparently this is normal service for them and they aren't giving this extra care to a potential customer because they need the work. The demand for Dillsboro Automotive's services has more than filled their parking lot with the vehicles of loyal customers who are willing to wait to have their vehicles serviced or repaired by folks they can trust to do quality work using quality parts based on industry standards and backed with a solid warranty and guarantee....all at a fair price and no hidden surprises. I have no problem paying for quality work by professionals with pride and integrity. Oh yeah....and when I got the call that my car was repaired and ready for pick up (even just a little sooner than expected), I was told the total cost of the repair and it turned out to be 15% less than originally quoted.
