My daughter goes to WCU, and when her car started overheating, I was a little concerned about using an unknown mechanic to look at her car. I need not have worried. We were referred to Dillsboro Automotive. Darren took the time to carefully diagnose the problem, to explain his findings to me by phone, and to keep the costs reasonable. One less thing for me to worry about with a daughter attending college several hundred miles away from home.

Dillsboro Automotive is an awesome shop. The guys know what they are doing and they work to make sure you are safe on the road. When I needed an emergency job of new tie rods put in, they were able to help me out so I could make my out of town appointment by making sure my vehicle was safe. They take the time to answer questions, and are very patient and courteous. You can't go wrong with these guys!
