It was a very impressive evaluation of my possible rear axle replacement and the inspection of the entire vehicle finding a few other things that have to be eventually taken care of. I like this place. They post their prices. They communicate very well, using text, email and very easy to understand reports. I had some basic maintenance done on my old Rav4 and I'm very happy with the quality and cost. I feel like they really try hard to explain why something needs repair or maintenance and what they are doing about it and what it will cost.

They were able to schedule me in under a week. They were able to diagnose my vehicle and correct the problem on the same day I brought my vehicle in for service. We were visiting Sylva from Cashiers last summer when my minivan wouldn’t go faster than 30 mph through the mountain roads.
