Very thorough bunch. Really like the printout that shows what was done and what needs to be done. Nice people. Really confident in their abilities.

I've used this shop for some minor and major repair work over the past couple of years and have been very satisfied. Communication is good and they have always been great to offer options when possible and explain what work is a priority and what could wait. It is a busy shop (for good reason) but they have always completed the job on the schedule quoted to me. Prices are reasonable, if you are familiar with the Automotive Labor Guide you'll find their work in line with customary repair costs or better.

This is the best shop! I don't know anything about fixing a car or understand how the language most mechanics use. They explained everything to me so I could be one the same page. When I picked up my car this morning my car was "like new!" they cleaned it, put cute air fresheners, and a cute little gift bag on the dashboard filled with all kinds of car goodies. These guys treated me like I was family! I know when I go to them they will do everything possible to keep my family in a safe dependable vehicle!

I won't get into the specifics of what my truck was there. However I will say that the entire experience was hands down the best experience at an auto repair shop that I've had. And I've had many over the years. Jason is very helpful and knowledgeable. Told me bottom line results and the costs were more than fair. Even offered me a loaner if it was going to turn into a longer project. Ryan, the technician did a fantastic job and took very good care of my truck. Where I'm from, it's typical for people to not trust mechanics. But I would trust these guys with any of my vehicles. I have 4 total and there isn't any other place I will take them. I strongly encourage everyone to take your vehicle there for ANY repairs. You won't regret it. Hats off to the entire staff at Dillsboro Automotive!

I have had my vehicles (2) in the hands of Darrin at Dillsboro Automotive since he opened the business. I have had prompt service and expert advice on the upkeep of my automobiles including his research into problems that were bothersome to me but not easily found, I have referred others that reported back to me their satisfaction when they had work done at Dillsboro Automotive and they have continued to use his services.

Darren is so nice. He does professional work. He is someone you can trust with your vehicle.

Helpful, direct, and reasonably priced. I was very pleasantly surprised to be offered a loaner while they worked on my vehicle. I would definitely recommend them without reservation if you're in the area and need service.

We were traveling from out of state to Sylva fir a family vacation that we had planned all year. We ran over some debris on the way up and damaged our car pretty bad, but didn't know how bad. We only had one week with our family and were renting a cabin on a mountain, and we were really worried about driving the car. Jason and his team were kind enough to fit us in to get it on the lift to inspect the damage and to assess what needed to be done to ensure it being safe to drive. They arranged to make the necessary repairs and got us back on the road. I'm a business owner, and saw that the staff and premises were all neat and clean, professional, friendly and courteous, all elements of a well run business. Thanks again for keeping our vacation a fond memory and for your prompt attention. I wish you guys had a facility in my home town!

Jason and the team at Dillsboro Automotive really took care of me. While I was on vacation, we were concerned about my brakes. Jason was able to squeeze us in and was able to address our concerns. They were very thorough and were able to give me some good recommendations for follow up work with my mechanic back home. If I lived here, I would have found “my mechanic”. Thank you.
