I would actually give them 4.5 if that were possible. They do great quality work at a great price. Only ever had one issue with them - they told me I needed new tires, the guy they have answering the phones and in the office (don't know what happened to the woman who used to do it) told me he couldn't give me any quotes at the moment but would call me with some. Waited two days and called back, he apologized and said he'd get back to me. Waited another two days and heard nothing back. Called one more time and he again apologized and said he would get back to me. He never did. So I got tires elsewhere. I needed an oil change and an alignment with the new tires. Still really liked this place and their work/cost so I called them to set it up. He told me they would NOT mount and balance the new tires since I didn't buy them from them but they will still do alignment and oil change. I said I tried to buy tires from you but you never gave me any prices! It didn't matter he said they would not do it. Which is a shame because I REALLY liked this place and up until then I never had any sort of issue with them.
