DB Auto was awesome! My 87' Chevy's heater core was spraying fluid all over my floorboards with the freezing weather outside and the shop got my truck in and repaired in one day without any notice whatsoever, other shops turned me away or had a multiple-day repair time estimate. Price was awesome, even when the mechanic encountered some issues, they stuck to the quoted price. Would highly recommend, Jason and the guys in the shop were professional and communicated the timeline for repairs throughout the whole process.

One of the best experiences I've had with getting my car fixed! I got an appointment super fast. They explained everything going on so I could make decisions. Then they fixed the car that day. I never want my car to have problems but, they made it as painless as possible.

These guys are amazing. Great customer service and great pricing. They are transparent about your cars health and have great suggestions and they don't push it on you. I am a senior in college at Western Carolina and not from the area, so finding a good car mechanic was difficult. But I found one, and any other college student who wants a good car mechanic when your at WCU, Go to Dillsboro Automotive, you will not regret it.

In a word: awesome!!! Excellent service in person, plus digital updates with photos of what is happening with the vehicle as we waited. We are visiting the Smokies from Wisconsin and were in dire need of an oil change. Jason fit us in first thing this morning, and this allowed for a very smooth rest of our vacation! If we didn’t live 12 hours away I’d come here every time :)

We are so glad we found this shop. After moving to Sylva recently, our daughter's clutch went out on her car. A friend recommended this shop, so we dropped off her car. Jason kept in contact with her throughout the repair process, sending pics to her of progress and other issues they found. Her car was repaired and back to her alot sooner than we thought it would be. Also while there we had them do other preventative maintenance when the clutch was done. We will be doing business with them in the future for sure. Glad we used this shop. Great job Dillsboro Automotive!!!!
