Thanks to Jason and Darren for the great experience. Shortly after replacing my rear rotors and brake pads my passenger side rear caliper seized up while driving down the road. Needless to say it destroyed my brand new rotor and pad on that side. I was able to call my insurance company for a tow to their shop where they basically told me it was just bad luck and timing and had nothing to do with their previous work. However, they offered to replace my damaged rotor and pads at no charge for the parts. I did have to purchase a new caliper and pay for labor to replace everything. I was unable to come up with the $ to get my car fixed until my paycheck came anout a week later because i just spent all my extra money on my brakes the first time. These guys were kind enough to do the work and loan me one of their vehicles so I could still get to work. This saved me from having to rent a car when I already was in debt. Then when I picked up my car they gave me a gift certificate to a local restaurant. I really appreciate you guys going above and beyond to help me out this holiday season. Thank you!
