From out of town, searched online for a place to take my van for brake service. I saw a lot of good reviews online so I decided to bring my car to Dillsboro Auto. I was expecting to have a $500-600 bill for a full brake service, but instead the cost was only $109. I could have been told that there brake pad and rotors were bad and needed to be replaced, but instead Dillsboro Auto was honest and simply machined the rotors, which equaled a lower bill. Very pleased with the honesty and friendly service.

Wonderful service! We were visiting the area and started feeling a vibration while driving. After reading reviews of Dillsboro Automotive, we called and spoke with Darren (owner). He was booked up with work for the day, but was kind enough to let us bring the car in and check to ensure that it was safe to drive. Darren test drove the car, put it up on a lift, gave us an OK to drive it, and didn't charge us anything. We did need an alignment and to have the tires rotated and balanced, all of which we would prefer to have done before our drive back to Virginia. Darren adjusted his appointments, so that we could come back in and get the needed service work done. Thank you Darren and team for taking such good care of us!

I needed a tire plugged, and they were able to get me in on the same day I called. Jason is a easy to work with, and the tire is holding up great. I would highly recommend this shop to anyone.
