I had these guys look over an older VW Jetta I was planning to purchase which was located near their location. I live in Asheville and I couldn't get the car down to my normal mechanic, so I was glad to find a shop with good reviews nearby. The other reviews were on point and these guys did not disappoint. They were very thorough and in the end saved me from buying a lemon. After this experience I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them highly to a friend. Thanks for the dependable, honest service!

Carter was thorough and helpful, taking time to explain everything he was going to do to the vehicle and, afterwards, explaining everything that was done. He was polite and professional and my vehicle was finished in a timely manner.

We've taken all our vehicles to Dillsboro Automotive for years. My wife's car started alarming that something was amiss with the oil so she stopped in to have it checked. It was leaking some oil at the oil filter. Since they figured it might be their fault they topped off all fluids and fixed it up at no charge. That's the way business should be done. Highly recommend these guys.

I was worried about my brakes making weird noises yesterday and they fit me in today asap!! They were all very nice and checked it out for free and gave me a great price to change everything out! I also got free coffee and got to watch Back to the Future as I waited! So all in all It was a great experience! I feel much safer driving my car!

Gotta give a BIG shout out to Dillsboro Automotive!! The problem in the dash is fixed and it was less than $500. Praising God for all the angels He has sent me! While I was there I made the appointment on the 3rd for the fan to be fixed. Can't go through winter without heat or the defroster! Godly men of integrity!

I'm very grateful that these people did my brakes. Due to the fact that I live in the mountians, I may have gotten killed by driving down the mountain if it wasn't for them.
