I had an alignment today, they serviced my vehicle so quick! I was only there for 25-30 minutes, but the quality of work was there. My car was pulling all sorts of ways and was wearing out my tires fast due to recent ball joint replacement from another shop. The front desk representative from Dillsboro Automotive told me that they will take care of me. Car is back to normal, and had a perfect alignment job. They even printed out the result sheet showing pre and post alignment service to show you how well they corrected the alignment. Most shops won't do this for you, they usually just align it to spec but not to the most precise alignment. Thank you Dillsboro Automotive! Will definitely come back for other auto services. John L.

They are up to date with communication using both text and email options. The price of the work also seemed fair.

I can confidently say that’s Dillsboro Automotive is the best shop in Jackson county. I have been bringing my car to Dillsboro Automotive for over a year now. I have always been met with happy faces and reasonable prices. My car didn’t want to give me much of a break last year but having a reliable and trustworthy shop to bring it to made it just a little better. I look forward to continuing to give them my business.
