THANK YOU DILLSBORO AUTOMOTIVE!! We would really like to thank you for taking care of our son's repair needs while he is away at college. So if anyone has found themselves in our shoes with a kid at WCU 5 hours from home, and in need of vehicle repairs I highly recommend Dillsboro Automotive, they had Tyler back on the road in one day as good as new. Communication was great, service was great, and the price was reasonably for the work performed. Again we truly appreciate you guys helping our son!!

Dillsboro Automotive was quick, knowledgeable, and super responsive! They made it easy to work around my schedule to get my car in for repairs. They were available via phone and text for coordination - and had a drop off lock box so I could leave my car outside of shop hours. They also provided a free inspection of my car - showing a list of issues that might need future or immediate attention. Each detail they provided had pictures of the issue for review. Fantastic service and great people!

I want to say a huge "Thank You" to the kind folks at Dillsboro Automotive. We stranded in a disabled vehicle 300 miles away from home on vacation on a Friday morning with no idea of who to call on such short notice to get our vehicle repaired. We made multiple calls to a number of repair shops and in every case we were that told it would be Monday before they could get to us. If it were not for the extra kindness and consideration of Amber, Ryan and Jason, our vacation would have had to be put on hold until Monday due to the closing of all of the repair centers for the week on Friday. All three of these wonderful folks came through with exceptional service with an attitude that …."if it can be done we will make it happen".....and they did. Within 6 hours of our initial call, our car was repaired and we were on our way to make additional memories with our family. I have no words that can fully express the gratitude for Dillsboro Automotive coming to our rescue. If you need repairs on your vehicle and want it done by true professionals, I highly recommend Dillsboro Automotive.
