I had a vibration in my steering that had started about 2 weeks ago. I went online to find a local mechanic and chose Dillsboro Automotive based on their reviews. They were able to schedule me in under a week. They were able to diagnose my vehicle and correct the problem on the same day I brought my vehicle in for service. I am very pleased with the work they have done, and the problem has been resolved. The staff are professional and a pleasure to work with

We were visiting Sylva from Cashiers last summer when my minivan wouldn’t go faster than 30 mph through the mountain roads. Despite being super busy Dillboro Automotive worked us in immediately so we didn’t have to drive around in an unsafe car. We are so appreciative that they were able to help us quickly. It's hard to find an automotive repair shop that you can trust with your car and your wallet. Dillsboro Automotive is that place. Jason and his team have always provided me with superior service, fair prices and a place I can trust. Sometimes I'll wait for my car in the waiting room and enjoy free wifi, bottle water/coffee and snacks. Other times they provide me with a loaner vehicle to allow me to do errands or go to work. It's that personal touch and efforts that you don't see at other automotive shops, and is why they will always have my patronage.

The problem wasn't easy to diagnose but they found it and fixed it in time for our trip. The car runs great.
