It was a very impressive evaluation of my possible rear axle replacement and the inspection of the entire vehicle finding a few other things that have to be eventually taken care of. Looking forward to making an appointment to have a 100,000 mile check up within 5,000 miles or my next oil change and tire rotation.

I like this place. They post their prices. They communicate very well, using text, email and very easy to understand reports. I had some basic maintenance done on my old Rav4 and I'm very happy with the quality and cost. I feel like they really try hard to explain why something needs repair or maintenance and what they are doing about it and what it will cost.

They were able to schedule me in under a week. They were able to diagnose my vehicle and correct the problem on the same day I brought my vehicle in for service. We were visiting Sylva from Cashiers last summer when my minivan wouldn’t go faster than 30 mph through the mountain roads. Despite being super busy Dillboro Automotive worked us in immediately so we didn’t have to drive around in an unsafe car. We are so appreciative that they were able to help us quickly.
