Dillsboro Automotive is (by far) the best ran business in the area. The staff who work here are truly some of the most professional and caring individuals you can find. In the most urgent situations, they will assure you and make sure your needs are taken care of—even on one of their busiest days, I had an emergency and needed my tire patched. They took time out of their lunch break to patch it and this just speaks volumes of their characters. They are honest and genuinely seek to make the lives of their customers better than when they came into the shop initially. Very organized management and they make sure to value your time when your here as well. I have had the pleasure of working with Jason, Amber, Keith, and the owner. I couldn’t possibly speak higher of Dillsboro Automotive. I think their level of devotion and attention to detail is extraordinary. We just recently started bringing our cars there, and they are hands down the best auto body I have ever been to. It’s the kind of situation where I don’t even resent the money I spend, because I know that it is so worth it. In particular, they do such a good job fully investigating a problem, and making sure that the customer is fully aware of the true problem and the options in moving forward. Jason is excellent at customer service too, and he is so thorough and helpful in explaining what is wrong with a car and how to solve it.
