Dillsboro Automotive is a breath of fresh air. It shouldn't be so hard to find a modern auto repair place, but you're in luck. Your search is over! They let you schedule an appointment online, communicate clearly via phone, email, and text. They even let you drop off your car before they open and leave your key in a secure key box. On top of all of this, the service was wonderful. They were thorough, responsive, honest, polite, and reasonable with their pricing. I'll definitely be returning!

Dillsboro Automotive were my heros on a day when my Subaru began acting up. It was pouring rain and my husband was out of town. I didn’t know what do, so I looked up local mechanics and chose them due to all their great reviews. They fit me in and gave me a loaner so I could go to work. By the end of the day they had solved my problem and gave me peace of mind. Prices were very reasonable and the staff were very kind. Highly recommend them!!

These guys are great. They fixed my car in one day and also drove me home and picked me up. The price was lower then they told me. Will go back to them again.

We had a breakdown and limped into Dillsboro Automotive because it was the closest mechanic to where we were. We feel so blessed to have found a shop with such incredible integrity. Jason did everything he could to help us out and give us options in our best interest and not just trying to get $. They are the most honest and fair shop we have ever been to except for my nephew's shop in Fl. They even offered a loaner car which is not usual for a private shop we are so pleased and will use them anytime we need repairs when at our home up here.

So far happy, but went there and found out that when I set an appointment on their website they never received it 😒. So had to either wait and they might be able to my car because they are super busy and popular . Or make an appointment with them in person. Made an appointment in person.. Very friendly and helpful and informed. So far happy with the services.

I'm from Raleigh, so finding an auto shop in an unfamiliar area can be intimidating. Dillsboro Automotive is an honest business, they are not pushy in any way, and you certainly aren't taken advantage of here. 5/5!
